The Electronics Manufacturing Center is the Office of Naval Research electronics Center Of Excellence located within the Penn State Applied Research Laboratory. Our core mission is to identify, develop, and execute projects that focus on the transition of electronics manufacturing technologies to naval ships, aircraft, submarines and unmanned systems.
