The Florida Semiconductor Institute (FSI), serves as the statewide hub for research, development, and workforce initiatives in semiconductor technologies. Our expertise encompasses emerging materials, chip design, process development, microsystems, heterogeneous integration, advanced packaging, and cybersecurity. Dedicated to making Florida a global leader in specialty electronics, FSI drives high-impact R&D programs, expands the talent pipeline, and coordinates the state’s semiconductor ecosystem. We desire to catalyze over 10,000 new high-wage jobs, foster public-private partnerships, and in so doing, expand the semiconductor industry throughout the state of Florida.
