A Novel 5T2C LTPO Pixel Circuit for MicroLED Display with Simultaneous Compensation and Programming
Description:
We propose a new 5T2C pixel circuit for µLED mobile displays based on LTPO TFTs. The circuit is conducted by two methods; one is simultaneous threshold voltage compensation and data programming using double-gate oxide TFT and the other is digital driving using a stepwise signal. The simulation results show achieving full gray level and a current error rate below 2% under ±0.5 V threshold voltage variations.
