Conditioned Diffusion for Manufacturing Data: Improving Generation Controllability

This paper proposes using diffusion models to generate balanced datasets by embedding coordinate data from defective images. The method addresses data imbalance, improving AI's ability to detect defects and enhancing production efficiency and product quality in industrial settings.
