As the OLED screen body is more and more recognized by the market, the mainstream high-end products are imported into the OLED screen body, the OLED process is complex, the number of processes, ESD problems have occurred in the process, affecting the product yield, and bringing challenges to the OLED production. In order to improve the anti-ESD ability of the screen process, the mechanism of ESD occurrence was analyzed, and the product design was optimized to enhance the anti-ESD ability of the product. There are three main projects, the first is to adjust the ESD circuit design, optimize the electrostatic discharge channel; The second is to optimize the structure design of TFT device to improve the anti-ESD capability of the device; Third, the screen body is covered by an organic film layer to block electrostatic intrusion into the screen body. Through the design optimization, the ESD incidence rate of the process was reduced from 7.5% to 0.1%.
