The display screen manufacturing industry has wide-ranging applications and significant scale. With the continuous development of display screen manufacturing processes and product upgrades, the pixel size of display screens is becoming increasingly small, presenting significant challenges for product quality inspection. Currently, the majority of display screen products still use traditional algorithms in their inspection equipment. However, these traditional algorithms are heavily customized for specific scenarios, requiring a large number of algorithm personnel to modify them when switching products, leading to low efficiency. Additionally, traditional algorithms require extensive parameter adjustments to balance over-detection and under-detection, limiting their timeliness and usability. Moreover, when faced with complex inspection requirements, traditional algorithms are no longer effective, causing great difficulties for factories and developers. In today's continuous development of artificial intelligence, with the rapid advancement of display screen manufacturing processes and the continuous increase in production volume, the display screen manufacturing industry urgently needs universal AI-based detection equipment to achieve intelligent and universal detection of products. In the scenario of accelerated product iteration, algorithms can still be stabilized and put into mass production within a very short period of time.
