Predictive Maintenance of Equipment Leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Technologies
Description:
For the predictive maintenance(PM) of automatic material handling system(AMHS) in manufacturing, this paper proposes a method based on deep learning and big data technologies. This method uses the status data of automated equipment to evaluate the health status of equipment, so as to take maintenance measures in advance to effectively reduce the failure rate of equipment. This method also combines the shuffled frog-leaping algorithm(SFLA) which is an intelligent optimization algorithm to model the manufacturing process with predictive maintenance and minimize makespan. This study provides a new idea for the predictive maintenance of complex industrial manufacturing equipment.
