Description:
At TCL, we've advanced inkjet-printed quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QLEDs) by optimizing blue QDs with a thick-core, thin-shell structure and stable ligands like octylamine. Optimized ink formulations and a top-emission device structure enhance efficiency, brightness, and reliability. Passivating zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) reduces efficiency fluctuations, with red QLEDs achieving a T95 lifetime of over 12,000 hours. These innovations enable scalable, cost-effective manufacturing for high-performance display applications.
