1pL Inkjet Head and G8.5 Equipment Development for 350ppi OLED Display Panels

Description:

Based on the 350ppi pixel margin, we developed the 1pL inkjet printheads with 1.0pL±2.4% volume variation and ±1.35µm landing position repeatability. Then we developed the G8.5 glass alignment system with less than ±0.1µm position shift when the stage moves after alignment. By combining these technologies, we have verified a drop landing accuracy of ±4.6µm in the G8.5 stage area.
