High-Sensitivity MicroLED-Based Fingerprint Recognition System Using Charge Integrators and Differential Sensing Method

Student

Description:

This paper proposes a high-sensitivity fingerprint recognition system using micro-LEDs without additional sensors. Charge integrators are adopted for the readout circuit, and a differential sensing method is employed to eliminate electronic noise, achieving a 1.38 V readout voltage difference between ridge and valley within 300 ?s. The results demonstrate that the proposed system can accurately recognize various fingerprint patterns across the entire display with high sensitivity.
