Description:

This paper develops an inkjet film process to protect the front and back laminated films during the LTPS FAB manufacturing process of the panel (cell) to be tiled before becoming a finished product as an ultra-large Micro LED TV. And it must have the characteristic of being able to be peeled off for another process or finished product work thereafter.
