Composite MiniLED Backlight Packaging Structure with High Efficiency and Improved Uniformity

Description:

This work explores the simulation and application of diffraction and refraction composite structures in Mini LED direct-lit backlight modules. Micro-scale packaging structures create a batwing far-field pattern, enhancing luminance uniformity and efficiency with fewer components, also supporting the advances in carbon reduction in display panel fabrication.
