Description:

A 12nm FinFET digital CDR for 8.1Gbps display interfaces is proposed, featuring a digital loop filter with >900% frequency range increment. It achieves low power (1.65pJ/bit) and compact size (23% of analog CDR). The design ensures robust ESD protection, passing HBM 8000V, MM 800V, CDM 1200V, and IEC Level 4.
