Evaluation of Display Color Chromaticity Gamut Efficiency Based on Real Object Colors

Description:

This paper shows the metric for Chromaticity Gamut Efficiency (G.E) in terms of colors in nature. G.E is defined as how efficiently a display covers real objects colors e.g. SOCS and Pointer’s. Adobe + Display-P3 had the best G.E in our study. G.E can serve as a guideline for manafactuers when designing displays, so consumers could expereince a better display with G.E.
