Increasing refresh rates and resolution elevate scan driver frequencies, raising power consumption. Variable refresh rate (VRR) reduces power use but uniformly controls refresh rates, limiting optimization. This study proposes a selective driving circuit for amorphous IGZO TFTs, enabling stable operation in depletion and enhancement modes. Simulations confirm robustness against threshold voltage variations, offering improved power efficiency for smartphone and VR displays while maintaining high-quality user experiences.
