Video Transport Topologies for Ultra-High Resolution Automotive Displays

Description:

13 Megapixel automotive displays are in production now. Proposed infotainment systems include displays of 24 Megapixel or larger, as well as higher color depth and refresh rates. Driving these displays requires tremendous video transport bandwidth, simultaneous with cost reduction, functional safety, and security. This paper presents architectures which support new vehicle production launches through the end of the decade and beyond.
