Dr. Takashi Nakamura is working for Japan Display Inc. as a Chief Distinguished Researcher in R&D Div. and has been co-chair of SID JAPAN Chapter since 2023.
He received his B.S. degree in physics from Keio University, Japan and joined Toshiba Corp. At present he is working for Japan Display Inc. He has been engaged in research and development of thin film devices using TFT technologies such as LTPS TFT or oxide TFT. He received Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo. Japan in 2020.
