Sun Yuanhao, PhD graduated from the School of Physics of Peking University, who works for BOE MLED TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD.. His research is mainly focused on semiconductor optoelectronics and he has devoted more than 6 years of research experiences in the field of GaN-based LED. The research content of him is mainly concentrated on MOCVD system, LED chip manufacturing process and optical property analysis. Dr. Sun also has a deep understanding of Micro LED characteristics and mass transfer process of LED chips.
