Minghan Cai received his Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University (Supervisor: Prof. Yong Qiu and Prof. Lian Duan) and joined Visionox Technology Inc. in 2020. He has served as Senior Researcher (2020~2022), President Assistant (2022~2023) and Manager of Advanced OLED Device Department (2023~2024). He is currently the Manager of NPI Departments. He has published more than 30 papers and been granted more than 30 patents.
