Dr. Yu Kambe is the Co-Founder and CEO of NanoPattern Technologies, a company pioneering advanced quantum dot display manufacturing on the front and back end. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering in 2019. His expertise spans materials science, electrochemistry, and device fabrication. Before founding NanoPattern Technologies, Dr. Kambe worked on next-generation transparent conducting films at C3Nano Inc., a Silicon Valley startup. He also co-founded the Innovation and Commercialization Fellowship Program, which trains Ph.D. and postdoctoral researchers in market diligence for emerging technologies. His leadership in both scientific innovation and entrepreneurship has positioned him as a key figure in the quantum dot display industry.
