Min Zhang is currently a Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Shenzhen. She received her B.S. and M.Phil. degrees from the Department of Electronic Engineering at Xi’an Jiaotong University and her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2006. She worked at Solomon Systech Limited (Hong Kong), Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute for industrial and academic research during 2006 to 2024. She is a senior member of IEEE and a member of SID. Her research interests are focused on flexible and stretchable electronics, advanced displays, neuromorphic electronics, as well as nanoelectronics. She has published over 150 peer-reviewed papers, 1 book, and 4 book chapters, and has been authorized with more than 20 patents. She has been invited as tutorial lecturer or invited speaker at 25 renown conferences. She has served as technical program committee, organizing committee, and session chair at many renown international conferences and reviewer for many prestigious journals.
