In 2018, I obtained my Ph.D. from Peking University, majoring in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics. During my studies, my research focused on the fabrication processe, device stability and device physics of amorphous metal oxide thin-film transistors and low-temperature polysilicon thin-film transistors. Since 2022, I have been employed at TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.
