Robert Hsu
Dr. Hsu got his PhD in Chemistry from the National Sun Yat-Sen University Taiwan in 1998. He has experience in developing OLED materials, Photolithographic materials, and semiconductor wet process formulation for many years and holds more than 80 patents. He had career experiences in leading an R&D team with SiPix Imaging (currently E-Ink), ATMI, and DuPont EKC on display and semiconductor materials development. He is currently president of Consistent Electronic Materials Inc and a Technology consultant to SEED Semiconductors Co. Ltd. He is leading the joint development of Through Glass Via and other projects between these two companies.
