Takahisa Abe is currently a Group Leader at Frontier Materials Technology Center, TOYOBO Co., Ltd. Specializing in polymer processsing and optics, he was in charge of the technical development of COSMOSHINE SRF®, the world's only PET film applicable as a polarizer protection film. He is currently leading a project to develop optical films using bio-based resins, including the Highly Transparent PLA Film (Under Development) that will be exhibited at the show.
