In this paper, we proposed a compact fully a-Si:H thin-film transistor (TFT)-based active pixel sensor (APS) circuit using photo-TFT (PT) as sensor device?which is compatible with existing display panel fabrication processes. By multiplexing PT and removing readout TFT, this circuit achieves a compact structure with 75-?m pixel pitch and a high charge gain of 34.7, enabling it suitable for high-resolution low-dose medical imaging.
