My name is Yukinori Shima. I received BE degree from Yokohama National University, Japan, in 2005. After graduation, I joined SEMICONDUCTOR ENERGY LABORATORY CO., LTD. and has been engaged in R&D of Oxide TFTs. I belong to the COS division at the Tochigi office. We are working on the development of FET processes for oxide semiconductors, and the prototyping of displays.
