Dr. Sooji Nam is a Principal Researcher at the Flexible Electronic Device Research Division of the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) and an Associate Professor in Semiconductor and Advanced Device Engineering at the University of Science and Technology (UST), Korea. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from POSTECH and has held research appointments at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and POSTECH. Her research focuses on oxide and chalcogenide semiconductor materials and their diverse applications in display and semiconductor devices. Dr. Nam has authored over 70 peer-reviewed publications and received numerous accolades, including the Korea Display Association CEO Award and the Best Professor Award at UST.
